For more information please call 01953 789950 Payment Balance of accounts must be settled at the time of collection and payment with cash or cheque is accepted. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation unless 7 days prior notice is given. Because of the intensive regime of cleaning, disinfection and preparation required before and after each stay, our daily rate is charged for the day of delivery and the day of collection. Owners are responsible for any veterinary bills incurred during their cats stay and payment must be settled on collection. Owners are advised to take out insurance for their pets which should cover veterinary bills, please advise us at the time of booking if your cat is insured.

Boarding Terms

All cats must be vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and cat flu’. Annual boosters are required.

A current vaccination certificate must be left with us for the duration of your pets stay.

We must be informed of any recent illness or veterinary treatment that your cat has had.

All cats will be examined on arrival for signs of ill health. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any cat that appears to be suffering from an infectious disease, pending veterinary advice.

In the event of illness occurring during a stay, the proprietor is authorised to request Veterinary advice and attendance and to undertake any treatment prescribed at the owners expense.

Adult cats are only accepted for boarding with us if they have been neutered.

Any special dietary or medication requirements must be discussed with us and agreed at the time of booking.

Sharing of cabins is for cats from the same family only.

Cats will not be released to anyone other than their owners without prior agreement.
